passion with boldness and confidence*beam*

Am reading a book on a man who was said to have walked with God when he was on earth..
Realised this man was the originator of the following quote:
"God said it, I believe it, and that settles it."

I like this quote, cos he speaks not of jus what we hear from God alone,but he speaks of what God had said in His word - Bible. That the Lord has spoken in and through the Bible.. dunno what God is saying, go read His word! what simple yet strong faith! This is unwavering!

As i reflected on the many men and women of God that i look up to, i found one common trait in them - passion with boldness and confidence for the Lord. Simple people, not refering to their intellectual quotient but their heart, faith and belief in the Almighty; Jim Elliot, Wigglesworth Smith, Darlene and many more awaiting for my discovery... They all loved, worshiped God with all they have,all they are. Through difficult times, through good times, God was on their sight. Extravagant worshippers.. thats what i think they are, thats what i desire to be in the sight of God... my cause, my purpose is to worship and speak of my Lord with passion in boldness and confidence *beams*
