Dream of globe trotting.......
It all began when i was young... seeing my uncle and aunties leaving the house with a luggage, telling me "Im going for a holiday" and it will be days before i see them back home again, with many interesting stories and photos to show and tell.
When i grew older, there came a chance for me to go overseas with some of my schoolmates who were in the same cca. For a 14 year old girl then, it was very exciting! It also became a motivation for me to do well in exams and reward myself with a trip at the end of the year....
It started with school trip to Bangkok,HongKong at 14 of age. Then it became a short trip away to Hatyat (still Thailand)with my auntie and uncles. Was young then too... then a Japan trip with church mates during uni days, in winter! but with autumn still trying to hang on to the last bit when i arrived, it was such a beautiful sight :) still miss the falling maple leaves.....the red, orange and yellow trees....
Things started to get abit adventurous for me.... Hit off to HongKong for a 2nd time during my year2 uni, this time only 3 pretty ladies with nil cantonese background (disneyland were still in the talks then!) and i have learnt how to shop abit :) missed the food most! the lemon cola, the dimsum.. ooo..soya beancurd..
Wahahaha! Then!!! Korea! in winter... freezzing cooolllld :) but i love it! the food, the weather, the theme parks.. jus one thing, cos it was a family trip on package, there were endless coach rides.. i hate them! keke.. swore off package trip then *byebye package hello fne*
After Korea.. my travellling bug grew bigger..flew off to aussie next when i had the chance (translated into time and money!) and had a ball of time there.. keke (refer to prev blogs for evidences ;p)
The latest till date was Taiwan!! I love Taiwan!!!! the food, the culture, the ppl, the weather.... the books, the food, the shopping!!! wahahahhaa.. nearly wanted to find myself a husband there and not come back. But.. *pop* the bubble was burst the moment the date to go home draws near.
Pockets here and there, i do visit our dear next door neighbour for short getaways..but..keke..appetite for holiday have grown too big!
Where am i up to next??? China...keke cos of a mission trip planned, a few places are in my mind already.... There are still alot of places i wish to, want to, planning to go.. States! Europe! Japan again! Korea 2nd time! too many to name.. but one of them is definitely DISNEYLAND!! My 2 great, wunderful pals jus went without me!!! hmph!!! keke.. u know who u r!!! but nonetheless... i wanna go go go!!
