He refreshes!

God showed up yesterday like He did 8 years ago, to answer my prayers thru others within seconds.

An awesome reminder that He is with me, sees and hears everything i do and say. At times when i self doubt like recent times, its affirming and heart settling to hear Him speak and answers prayers in seconds. I know when He does that for me, its a cairos moment for me. The first cairos moment witnessed my return to the Father miraculously, this time witnessed the strengthening of my faith, myself in His sight.

Its been a long long time since God did this for me, not that He is not good nor MIA-ing but its me who have not asked. He reminded me yesterday night with these words " you have not because you ask not, ask of the Holy Spirit and see that God will give more than we ask or think", as i ask of His Holy Spirit to fill me so that i will be healed, so that i will have the strength and joy to continue running and serving.I asked for 3 things, all of which He graciously released via spoken word.

Yesterday, i learnt what God meant when He said to come humbly before Him and ask, and we can ask big. Yesterday, i learnt what it truly meant that the greatest battle are won on bended knees. Yesterday, i learnt what He meant when He said He does not despise a broken spirit and a contrite heart.

I am awed by His love for me yesterday, once again.
